Page One Singapore ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, business name, website and messages when you contact us on WhatsApp, the website address you enter in our free checker, and any photos or information you share for your website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and run the website checks you ask for
- To build and maintain your website or landing page
- To set up your Google Business Profile and search listings, with your permission
- To arrange payment and send SEO Boost reports
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to deliver our service, for example with our web host, domain registrar, Google and Bing, our cloud platform (Base44), WhatsApp, and payment providers. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
This website
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and stores a small note in your browser so the chat pop-up doesn't repeat. To see which pages are useful, it counts visits and button clicks anonymously: the page, how you arrived (for example Google or ChatGPT), your device type and a random ID kept in your browser. This never includes your name or phone number, and it's switched off if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Our forms don't send data to us directly; they open WhatsApp with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send them. To stop abuse of the free checker, we keep a one-way scrambled code of your IP address (not the address itself) for rate limiting.
Keeping and protecting data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Contact our Data Protection Officer on WhatsApp at +65 9785 6612.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
