Lead Generation Case Study Singapore: How a Mobile Car Detailer Gets Found on Google

A real Singapore case study: how a mobile car detailer with no shopfront gets found on Google, with Search Console figures you can check yourself.

Most small business owners in Singapore start online the same way: a Facebook page, an Instagram account, maybe a Google Business Profile with a handful of good reviews. Customers who already know you can find you. The harder question is how strangers find you, the ones typing a problem into Google at night and messaging whoever shows up first.

This lead generation case study looks at one real Singapore business that Page One runs: Cleanic Detailing, a mobile car grooming and fumigation service. Every figure below comes from Google Search Console, Google's own report of how a website performs in search, and the website is live for you to check at cleanicdetailing.com.

What does this lead generation case study show?

It shows how a service business with no shopfront went from no Search Console data to appearing on page one of Google for 1,210 different searches in the 28 days to 21 October 2026, with 480 clicks from Google in that period. It also shows what was built to get there, and what the numbers do and do not prove.

Key takeaways

  • Cleanic Detailing is a mobile business: customers can't walk past a shop, so being found online is how new customers arrive.
  • Its Search Console data starts on 20 June 2026. From August it was getting about 500 clicks a month from Google.
  • In the 28 days to 21 October 2026 it appeared on page one for 1,210 searches, 582 of them in the top 3.
  • The work was ordinary and steady: one page per service, guides on the problems customers search for, Google Business Profile and Search Console set up, and new articles chosen from real search data.
  • Clicks are visits from people who were searching, not guaranteed enquiries. A WhatsApp button on every page is what turns a visit into a message.
  • These are one business's results. Yours will depend on your trade, area and competition.

Who is Cleanic Detailing?

Cleanic Detailing is a Singapore car grooming and fumigation service run by Colin Loo. It comes to the customer, so there is no shop for anyone to walk into. Its services include car grooming, steam cleaning, odour removal and MIRAKN dry gas fumigation for pests such as cockroaches and flies inside a car.

Its prices are stated plainly on the site. For example, the MIRAKN Express treatment is S$118 and takes about 1 hour, and the full MIRAKN fumigation starts from S$180 and takes about 1.5 hours.

That makes it a good example for owners who run a mobile or home-based service, or who sell mainly through social media. Without a shopfront, a customer's first impression of you is whatever they find on their phone.

What was built for Cleanic?

Page One built and runs the website and the Google listings. Nothing here is unusual. The difference is that it was done completely and then kept going every day.

  1. One page for each service. Car grooming, steam cleaning, fumigation and odour removal each have their own page, so each one can be found on its own search.
  2. Guides on the problems customers actually search for. Cockroaches in the car, vomit in the car, houseflies in the car. A worried car owner searching at 11pm finds a clear answer and a way to book.
  3. Google Business Profile, Search Console and Bing set up. So Google Maps, Google Search and Bing all have the same correct business details.
  4. Structured data. Code that tells search engines and AI assistants the business name, services and contact details in a form they can read.
  5. New articles picked from real search data. Each new topic comes from searches Google already shows the site for. By 24 October 2026 the site had 84 articles.
  6. A WhatsApp button on every page. One tap opens a chat with Cleanic, so a reader can ask a question or book without filling in a form.

The daily part is handled by a set of AI tools we designed to optimise SEO every day: a technical audit with fixes, and new content on a schedule. A person checks the facts. For Cleanic, details such as treatment times are confirmed with Colin before they go on the site.

What happened on Google, month by month?

Here is Cleanic's Search Console data for each month. A lower average position is better, and positions 1 to 10 are page one.

Month (2026) Clicks from Google Times shown on Google Average position
July 188 16,872 9.4
August 500 31,417 13.5
September 505 39,551 10.4
October (1 to 21 Oct) 370 29,634 7.8

Two things stand out. First, clicks jumped from 188 in July to 500 in August, then held at that level. Second, the average position dipped in August as the site started to appear for many more searches, then improved again in September and October.

In the 28 days to 21 October 2026, compared with the 28 days before:

  • 480 clicks from Google, up from 465.
  • 40,625 times shown on Google, up from 34,408.
  • Average position 8.3, improved from 11.0.
  • On page one for 1,210 different searches, 582 of them in the top 3.

Which searches does Cleanic show up for?

These are some of the searches Cleanic ranks for, with Google's own average position in the 28 days to 21 October 2026:

Search on Google Average position Times shown (28 days)
car grooming singapore 1.4 434
steam cleaning 2.0 162
mobile car wash singapore 2.3 147
full car detailing singapore 3.1 176
car wash near me 3.6 322
car fumigation singapore 4.2 223

These are searches made by people who want a service now. That is the point of organic lead generation: being in front of someone at the moment they are looking, without paying for each click.

Does this mean more enquiries?

Honestly, the Search Console figures show visits, not bookings. A click means someone searched, saw Cleanic and chose to open the site. What happens next depends on the page: is the answer clear, is the price shown, is it easy to message?

That is why every Page One site is built for the second step too. Each page answers the usual questions, shows prices from, and has a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message. Page One also counts WhatsApp taps on the sites it runs, so it can see which pages lead to messages and improve those first. We don't publish Cleanic's enquiry numbers, and we won't promise you a number of enquiries. Nobody honestly can.

What can you learn from Cleanic if you have no website yet?

If you are a new business, or you're busy on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Carousell or Google Maps but have no website, here is what Cleanic's results suggest:

  1. Social pages and a Business Profile are a start, not the whole job. Google Search mostly shows web pages for searches like 'car fumigation singapore'. A profile or a post can't hold a page for each service.
  2. Write for the problem, not just the service. Many of Cleanic's visitors arrive from a problem they typed into Google. Think about what your customers worry about before they call you.
  3. One page per service beats one page that lists everything. Each page can match its own search.
  4. Give it months, and keep going. Cleanic's clicks grew over the first three months, not the first week. Steady daily work is what keeps a site moving.
  5. Make enquiring one tap away. A visit is wasted if the visitor can't see how to reach you.

How can you get the same system for your business?

The same system that runs Cleanic is in our Get Found plan: S$50 a month for anyone who registers by 31 Dec 2026, with the website included. From 2027 the price may rise, depending on demand, and clients are told before it changes.

Here is what the plan covers:

  • A website built on a domain in your own name, usually live within 7 days, or your current site fixed.
  • One page for each service, with a WhatsApp button on every page.
  • Google Business Profile set up, and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools connected.
  • A technical audit with fixes every day, and a new article every 2 days aimed at real searches.
  • Structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file, so Google and AI search like ChatGPT can read your business details.
  • Small text, price and photo changes over WhatsApp.

There is no setup fee and no contract. The only separate cost is your domain, usually S$15 to S$30 a year. See how it works and lead generation for small businesses for the details, or compare Cleanic with our other clients on the results page.

Conclusion: what this lead generation case study proves

This case study does not prove that every business will get Cleanic's numbers. It proves that the method works on a real Singapore service business, with figures anyone can check: a mobile car detailer with no shopfront reached page one of Google for 1,210 searches and 480 clicks in 28 days, about four months after its Search Console data began.

Frequently asked questions

Is Cleanic Detailing a real Page One client?

Yes. Cleanic Detailing is a Singapore mobile car grooming and fumigation service run by Colin Loo. Page One builds and runs its website and Google listings. The site is live at cleanicdetailing.com, and its Search Console results are also published on our results page.

Where do the figures in this case study come from?

From Google Search Console, Google's own report of how a website performs in Google Search. The 28-day figures cover 24 September to 21 October 2026. We don't edit the data and we don't publish figures we can't show.

Will my business get the same results as Cleanic?

We can't promise that, and no honest provider can. Results depend on your trade, your area, how many people search for it and your competitors. Cleanic's clicks grew over about three months. What we can promise is the same system and a report showing the work.

Do clicks from Google mean enquiries?

Not on their own. A click is a visit from someone who was searching. A clear page with prices and a one-tap WhatsApp button is what turns some of those visits into messages. We count WhatsApp taps so we can improve the pages that bring enquiries.

I only have a Facebook or Instagram page. Can this work for me?

Yes, that is who the plan is built for. We build your website on a domain in your own name, usually within 7 days, and set up your Google Business Profile and Search Console. Your social pages keep working alongside it.

How much does it cost?

S$50 a month on the Get Found plan for anyone who registers by 31 Dec 2026, with the website included. No setup fee and no contract. The only separate cost is your domain, usually S$15 to S$30 a year.
